Sara Mireles, MS

Sara currently serves as an executive board member for Enneagram Las Vegas. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in organization development and leadership, Sara began a 25+ year career in banking and finance. During her career, she held leadership positions in operations, training, quality, and risk management.

Sara is currently the Vice President, Customer Experience at Credit One Bank. In addition to her role as Vice President for Customer Experience, Sara developed a leadership development program and executive mentoring program at Credit One. She is an executive champion of diversity and engagement for several minority resource groups. Sara is also a frequent volunteer for local non-profits including Three Square Food Bank and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. In addition, Sara served as President of the Spreckels School District Educational Foundation for three years.

Sara was introduced to the Enneagram in 2016 and has studied and worked with Enneagram Las Vegas for the past eight years. She is now an Enneagram trainer and coach for Las Vegas teens, professionals, organizations, and community groups. Her work has focused on helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others so that they may improve both their relationships and self-confidence.
