“Learn your social style! Where do you focus your energy and how does that impact your relationships?”
Your Enneagram type doesn’t just shape what you feel—it influences how you move toward or away from others. This experience explores the three Enneagram social styles and where your energy naturally goes in relationships.
Some people are action-oriented and assertive, moving toward goals and taking the lead. Others are relationship-focused and responsive, tuning in to expectations and connection. And some are reflective and inward, needing space to process and recharge before engaging.
Understanding your social style helps explain common relationship patterns, communication challenges, and conflict dynamics. You’ll gain insight into how you show up under stress, how others may experience you, and how to relate more intentionally—without trying to change who you are.
This is not about labeling or fixing. It’s about awareness, flexibility, and building healthier, more balanced connections at home, work, and beyond.

The enneagram is a personality typing system that generates understanding and compassion for oneself. In this workshop, teens will be able to learn more about the enneagram.
If you’re unsure of your Enneagram type, we recommend starting with a test to help guide you toward discovering your core type and spark deeper reflection about your personality and patterns.
